How to take Mintec?

Adults: Take 1 or 2 Mintec capsules three times a day before meals, depending on the severity of your symptoms. Do not break or chew the capsules. Swallow the capsules whole with water 30 minutes before meals. Do not take Mintec immediately after a meal, or with a hot drink.

Mintec is not recommended for use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, or for use in children unless on the advice of a doctor.
